Revenue Operations Assistant 40 Hours - Regular Full Time with Benefits Healthcare Scale: $26.80 to $29.81 per Hour DOE   POSITION DESCRIPTION:   Under the direction of the Revenue Manager in the LTC department, the LTC Revenue Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting with a variety of LTC accounting functions including billing, collection, review of time and mileage reports, and preparation of financial reports for management. This LTC Revenue Operations Assistant is responsible for providing LTC system-wide administrative support to clients, Supervisors, Accounting Staff and Service Directors for the LTC’s 11 Home Care Contracts and private pay clients which generate a total of $70 million in revenue a year. This LTC Revenue Operations Assistant is responsible for reviewing monthly financial statements, bringing to the attention of the LTC Accounting Liaison any unusual costs or discrepancies and working to resolve. The person in this position coordinates information flow between clients and Supervisors and Accounting Staff for billing, providing information to set up private pay accounts, accurate billing of those accounts and collection of delinquent accounts. This LTC Revenue Operations Assistant helps to generate reports for management and will learn to use software that is specific to both accounting and program needs.

Driver/Packer - Congregate Nutrition & Food Truck Program Senior Nutrition Program - Lakewood Regular Part Time - 25 Hours/Week M-F $20.70 - $21.94 per Hour DOE This position is responsible for overseeing all activities related to distribution and delivery to senior meal sites including coordination of food delivery supportive services and record keeping. In the absence of other Meal Site Drivers, this position will provide delivery of food and related items to meal sites.

Delivery Driver - Home Delivered Meals for Lewis County Regular Part Time $20.70 - $21.94 per Hour   The Senior Nutrition Program provides hot meals for seniors aged 60 and over at 17 different Pierce County sites and 12 King County sites. Senior Nutrition also provides Home Delivered frozen meals to home bound seniors within Pierce County and Lewis County. This position is responsible for overseeing all activities related to distribution and delivery to senior meal sites including coordination of food delivery supportive services and record keeping. In the absence of the Home Delivered Meal Program Driver this position provides delivery of food and related services items to homebound seniors. In the absence of other Meal Site Drivers this position will provide delivery of food and related items to meal sites.  

Cook I - Kirkland Regular Part Time - 20 Hours 9:00 am to 2:00pm - Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri $21.53 - $22.82 per Hour DOE   The Senior Nutrition Program provides hot meals for seniors aged 60 and over at all 12 King County sites. Senior Nutrition also provides Home Delivered frozen meals to home bound seniors within Pierce County and Lewis County.   Under the supervision of the Senior Nutrition Program Assistant Manager, the Meal Site Coordinator/Cook is responsible for overseeing all activities related to meal service including food preparation, cooking, clean up, coordination of supportive services and record keeping. Position provides nutritious lunchtime meal to senior participants at the meal site.

Home Care Supervisor - Pierce County  Long Term Care Regular Full Time   Catholic Community Services Long Term Care seeks a dynamic Supervisor to coordinate the daily activities of our home care assistants. This position includes the scheduling of client services in an appropriate and timely manner, the evaluation of Home Care Assistants and the maintenance of regular contact with clients to ensure superior service delivery and response to client needs and desires. In addition, if the need arises, assure client/HCA matches are made pursuant to client needs, HCA level of care, and Union Agreement. Also, be responsible for the use, understanding and data base upkeep of home care computer software and associated processes and paperwork flow.

On Call Driver - Lewis Co Part Time - On Call $21.11 - $22.38 per Hour DOE   The Senior Transportation Program provides transportation to medical & social service appointments, as well as shopping services throughout Lewis County. The program is for anyone who is at least 60 years old that has no other means of transportation. There is no cost for the program, but donations are greatly appreciated and helps keep this program going. We can travel as far north as Seattle or as far south as Portland. Under close supervision, operates transportation vehicles of various sizes for assigned routes, for scheduled pickup assignments, and in accordance with specific manifest instructions; provides safe, secure, comfortable services to users of the CCS transportation system.

On Call Relief Driver Part Time - Home Delivered Meals Senior Nutrition Program - Pierce County $20.70 - $21.94 per hour DOE   The Senior Nutrition Program is designed to help increase the nutrient intake of older individuals who might not eat adequately, and, through better nutrition, assist them to remain healthy and independent in their communities. This program consists of two meal programs. Home Delivered Meals is one of programs provided.   In the absence of the regular HDM Driver, the On Call HDM Driver provides delivery of food and related services items to homebound seniors. The On Call HDM Driver will start their day in the Lakewood office and deliver to clients in the Pierce county and may sometimes deliver to clients in Lewis county area.

On Call Cook - All Pierce County Locations $21.53 - $22.82 per hour DOE   The Senior Nutrition Program provides hot meals for seniors aged 60 and over at 17 different Pierce County sites and 12 King County sites.  Senior Nutrition also provides Home Delivered frozen meals to home bound seniors within Pierce County and Lewis County.   In the absence of the Cook and under the supervision of the Assistant Program Manager, the On Call Cook is responsible for participating and overseeing all activities related to meal service including coordination of supportive services and record keeping.  Position provides nutritious lunchtime meal to senior participants at the meal site.
